Echar las lentejas en la olla, echarle agua para que empiecen a cocer y meter el jamón y el chorizo cortado a trozos. Cortamos las patatas a trozos y las añadimos también
- Cogemos los dientes de ajo y le damos un golpe con un cuchillo y los echamos a la olla también.
- Cortamos a trozos la cebolla y el tomate y lo echamos en una sartén con un poco de aceite. Sofreímos. Cuando veamos que ya esta hecho el sofrito apartamos la sartén y le echamos una cucharada de pimentón dulce. Lo removemos y lo ponemos en el fuego pero bajo y solo para darle unas vueltas porque sino se nos quemará el pimentón. Una vez hecho lo trituramos con la batidora y lo añadimos a la olla.
- Echamos sal y añadimos agua hasta cubrir las lentejas... no mucha porque sino tendrían que cocer mucho y se nos deshacen. Vamos mirándolas y si necesita mas pues le añadimos agua que no se peguen. En unos 20/25 minutos estarán hechas.
- Cuando estén blandas las apartamos y a comer… Es un plato muy nutritivo en todos los sentidos… y nos hará sentirnos bien.
