  9. Añadimos 1 c.p. de harina y removemos para que se cueza un poco y la salsa no sepa a crudo.
  10. Añadimos fondo de pescado y dejamos hervir unos minutos. Se trata de conseguir una salsa espesita. Salpimentamos al gusto.
  11. Añadimos las albóndigas, tapamos y dejamos a fuego suave unos minutos para calentar el conjunto.
  12. Mientras tendremos un cazo u olla con agua caliente y escaldaremos los fideos de arroz.
  13. Sacaremos un momento las albóndigas y en la salsa añadimos los fideos para que se impregnen bien.
  14. Emplatamos con una base de los fideos con la salsa y encima las albóndigas. Decoramos eneldo y listo!!
