  4. Añadimos el puñado de arroz y la cucharadita de colorante, cocemos por 10 min vamos viendo que el arroz se ponga blando, si lo necesita añadimos más agua ya que el arroz va a ir absorbiendo todo el caldo, ir removiendo constantemente para que no se pegue.
  5. Cuando el arroz esté en su punto apartamos de fuego y ya estaría listo para comer. (No lleva aceite pero si queréis podéis echarle un chorreón al principio nada más que ponéis la verdura a cocer).
