  6. Después de llevar media hora cociendo a fuego lento añadimos el chorizo y la morcilla, agregamos la patata chascada y dejamos cocer otra media hora a fuego lento o hasta que las lentejas estén tiernas.
  7. Para terminar picamos el huevo en las lentejas y llevamos a la mesa bien caliente.
  8. Durante la cocción tenemos que mirar si les hace falta añadir un poco de agua, pues las lentejas se agarran enseguida. Y la cocción siempre a fuego lento.
