  1. Pelamos cebolla, ajo y zanahoria. Lavamos las verduras y las picamos, todas menos el br贸coli. En una olla ponemos las verduras, la hoja de laurel, la guindilla, una pizca de sal y un chorrito de aceite. Llevamos al fuego y Rehogamos unos minutos.
  2. Cuando la verdura comienza ablandarse agregamos el lac贸n cortado en dados y los chorizos en rodajas. Rehogamos un par de min, solo hasta que cambien de color.
  3. A帽adimos las lentejas, removemos y a帽adimos agua. M谩s o menos tres dedos por encima. Dejamos hervir y cocer 15 min. (Aunque esto depender谩 del tipo de lenteja) cuando la lenteja est茅 tierna, agregamos las patatas cortadas en cuadros, sal, colorante y un chorro de tomate frito.
  4. Removemos y dejamos cocer otros 5 min. o hasta que las patatas est茅n tiernas. Retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar unos minutos antes de servir.
