- Después agregarle con el jugo de las lentejas el caldo de verduras y después el de carne y dejarlo cocinar por 5 minutos y agregarle las lentejas cocinarlos por media hora y agregarles la papas y zanahorias cocinarlo por 5 minutos más y listo.
