- Cuando están transparentes las cebollas etc. Agregamos las carnes con sus jugos, el zapallo en dados, el choclo en rueditas, el vaso de vino blanco, y 3/4 del caldo, hasta cubrir bien todo holgadamente. Tener reservado algo de caldo o agua caliente por si después hay que corregir la cantidad de líquido. Sal- condimentar a gusto. (le vá muy bien un toque picante)
- Se deja hervir a fuego medio hasta que se pueda desintegrar el zapallo (se puede ayudar con una cuchara de madera o tenedor).
- Una vez desintegrado el zapallo, y logrado un caldo espeso y suave, agregar las lentejas y corregir la sal- condimentación si hace falta. Cuando las lentejas están tiernas, está listo para degustar. Si hay excedente, se puede freezar perfectamente.
