Esperamos unos minutos y colocamos los cubos de papa, batata y las zanahorias en rodajas y dejar unos 10 minutos, revolver lentamente para que no se pegue.
  3. Agregar los zapallos en cubos y el choclo en rodajas, la salsa de tomates y vamos condimentando con las especias que les gusten, en este caso le puse sal y pimienta negra, ají molido, perejil, orégano y romero, ir revolviendo para que todos los ingredientes se vayan integrando.
  4. Finalmente ponemos las lentejas y el caldo y dejamos cocinar unos 40 min aproximadamente, vayan mirando cada unos 10 minutos cómo va la cocción y revuelvan, una vez que las verduras estén blanditas ya está lista para disfrutar, buen provecho!!!!
