  7. Una vez transcurridos 35 minutos del cocimiento de las lentejas, añadir el sofrito, el arroz y las tres hojas de laurel. Dejar cocinar por 5 minutos.
  8. Apagar la cocina y dejar cocinar por 5 minutos más con el vapor propio.
  9. Finalmente servimos las lentejas, longanizas gusto, un poco del caldo de las longanizas, adornamos con queso y cilantro.
